Ace Backstage CONNECTRIX Pocket Panels are CNC machined to precisely mate with ACE Stage Pockets and are always in stock. They are made from high strength, aluminum alloy (6061-T6) at .062″ thick and finished in oven-cured black powder coat to resist scratching and never bend. Panels provide header space for custom labeling of any connector position or pocket identification.
Designed to mate with ACE Stage Pockets, blank panels fill the pocket panel area and complete the appearance of a customized Stage Pocket System. Use blank panels to hold space for future connectivity system expansion, or when you don’t exactly know what the pocket connectivity should be.
Installation
PNL-100 Series Panels mount with (4) self-tapping screws that index the panel to mate perfectly with ACE Stage Pockets.
Customization
Consider using a blank panel for infographic system communication. Laser etch steps to shut down the system, or reminders for the user. Better yet, include your company logo and website information. Panel customization production time is 3 days (or less), compared to a two week lead time for custom fabricated panels.
