The Ace Backstage Full Stage Pocket features an angled panel design that positions connectors upright, offering enhanced protection against floor debris. Its large open access area allows connector panels to be fully terminated before installation, streamlining setup.
Connectivity & Cable Management
Connectivity is secured beneath a robust lid, with cables neatly routed through a 3/8” cable way slot onto the stage floor. A unique Slot Closure device can seal the cable exit when the pocket is not in use, keeping the interior clean and protected.
Rugged Construction
Constructed from welded steel and engineered for strength, the Full Stage Pocket has been load tested to support up to 750 lbs without permanent deflection. Hinged lids are removable during installation to provide extra clearance for panel mounting.
Lid Options & Flexibility
Available in two modular lengths, lids can be swapped on-site as needed. Optional lids can enlarge the cable exit from the standard 3/8” to 3/4” or 1” openings (ML), accommodate carpet installations (CL), or include locking mechanisms (LL).
CONNECTRIX Compatibility
Designed for use with Ace’s CONNECTRIX™ panel system, the Double Wide Stage Pocket supports high-density AV and electrical integration in a single enclosure. CONNECTRIX panels offer greater capacity than standard electrical gang plates and ensure proper alignment for lid clearance. When CONNECTRIX panels and connectors are ordered with the pocket, ACE guarantees precise placement and compatibility.
Framed Bezel Option
For solid surface floor installations, the Flush Flange Full Pocket (122SLBK-FF) includes a tapered bezel edge that sits nearly flush with wood, concrete, or other finished flooring surfaces. Standard ACE pockets feature a 1/8” thick flange suitable for typical carpeted or solid surface floors that don’t require customization.
