Description
The RapcoHorizon TDI-1 (formerly called the TDI-100) consumer-to-pro interface converts any stereo RCA output from tape decks, CD players, VCRs, or DVDs into a single channel balanced mic level signal for use with mixing consoles. Most people don't know this, but it also works the other direction - splitting a microphone signal into dual stereo unbalanced line-level signals, with independent volume controls. When used as intended, the TDI-1 also offers separate left and right volume controls which make it perfect for split-track background tapes and CDs.
