The ClearSonic LP2 uses a A4-6 CSP wrapped completely around the Leslie, and (6) S3 baffles attached to the lower portion of all panels to further reduce reflected sound. A SORBER baffle is used as a lid to reduce the amount of sound that would normally escape upward. Approximate sound reduction of 60-70%.
Controlling volume on stage and in the studio can be a difficult task. ClearSonic offers a variety of speaker enclosures to help tame amplifier volume without sacrificing tone. Speaker isolation is attained by using ClearSonic amp shields and SORBER baffles to both deflect and absorb the sound. The result is a lower stage volume and better separation between instruments while recording. ClearSonic products are pre-assembled, portable, and likely less expensive than a DIY speaker enclosure.
There are many sizes and variations available depending on speaker size and the amount of isolation you are looking to achieve. Pictured below are some basic set-ups for common cabinet sizes.
