Description

The ClearSonic IPF - IsoPac F is a self-contained vocal isolation booth built to give you a quieter, more controlled recording space without the cost and construction of a permanent room. It combines clear acrylic shields with absorptive SORBER panels and includes a lid on top, so you get both sound reduction and reflection control in one package. The clear panels let a vocalist or performer stay visually connected to the room while still working inside a defined space.

This particular model is a medium-sized booth, measuring 5 feet wide by 5 feet deep by 6.5 feet tall. While it is often thought of as a vocal booth, it works just as well for capturing acoustic guitars, brass, woodwinds, and other acoustic instruments that benefit from a cleaner, drier recording environment. The combination of transparent shields and dark absorptive panels helps tame room reflections around the microphone.

  • Plan your footprint first: This booth needs a 5-foot by 5-foot floor area with about 6.5 feet of vertical clearance. Confirm the space before you set up so the panels sit flat and the lid fits properly.
