Featuring a cardioid polar pattern, the PDX520 ensures excellent isolation even in less-than-ideal acoustic settings. Its optimized gain level eliminates the need for additional preamp boosts or cloud lifters. Two convenient 2-position switches allow users to quickly adjust the low cut and presence boost, reducing the need for extensive post-production.
Drawing inspiration from the PDX720, the PDX520 incorporates an internal vibration dampening system to protect the capsule, all housed within a robust metal body with an integrated attachment arm compatible with both mic stands and XLR connectors.
