The Audix DCLAMP is a compact, low-profile microphone mounting system designed to eliminate the need for bulky mic stands. It comes equipped with a standard 5/8” thread adapter, allowing you to use a wide range of microphones simply by swapping out the mic clip. The included DCLIP is compatible with Audix D Series microphones as well as many pencil condenser models.
Designed for versatility, the DCLAMP attaches easily to most tension rods found on hand percussion instruments like congas and bongos, as well as standard 9.5 mm and 10.5 mm knurled rods used on tom and percussion mounts. When paired with the Audix CBLDR25 right-angle XLR mic cable, the DCLAMP offers a clean, streamlined appearance.
For added flexibility, the DCLAMP can also be used with the Audix MicroD condenser mic by replacing its gooseneck with the MicroD version—ideal for tight setups where larger dynamic microphones are difficult to position, such as on congas, timbales, or bongos.
